Some of the Points Giuilia and Craig Discussed

When Papershow is utilized in an office environment, productivity increases substantially because Papershow makes meetings and presentations much more engaging and energizing.

Papershow has two applications, the PowerPoint presentation and the digital whiteboard or flipchart application.

  • PowerPoint application:
    • One is able to annotate his or her presentation on the fly, highlight and emphasize certain points with Papershow’s six colors, three types of brushstrokes, perfect shapes, lines and arrows and erase material as well, thereby creating an interactive setting that engages the audience.
  • Digital whiteboard or flipchart application:
    • All office members participating in a brainstorm can contribute, in their own writing, to the ideas being formulated by passing the pad of paper and Bluetooth pen around the room.
    • Everyone can see the notes when they are projected on an overhead screen; with flipcharts and whiteboards often kept in a place where not everyone can see, people in the meeting can easily lose interest quickly.
  • Papershow is easy to use:
    • Papershow is plug and play, and consists of a USB key, a Bluetooth pen and interactive paper that can be easily carried in a briefcase, work bag, or stored in a conference room.
  • Papershow works well with Web Conferencing:
    • With many business people unable to travel as often as before in these times, Papershow provides an excellent opportunity to host meetings, brainstorming sessions and presentations through web conferencing around the world.
    • Papershow allows business people and teams within businesses to communicate in a productive way with both the presentation and whiteboard applications no matter where they are in the world, thereby saving the cost of travel and maintaining the level of interactivity and productivity within businesses.
  • Papershow saves time and money:
    • Rather than having to copy down or take a picture of all of the annotations made on a presentation or all of the notes captured in a brainstorm, which is commonly done in offices that do not have Papershow, everything can be saved as a PDF or PowerPoint presentation and then e-mailed to anyone directly through Papershow.
    • Papershow is much more cost efficient than whiteboards, electronic whiteboards or flipcharts: the starter kit sells for just $199.99.
  • Papershow creates a “magical effect” that intrigues audience members and encourages them to pay attention and participate:
    • When one writes on the interactive paper with the Bluetooth pen, the infrared camera in the pen reads this 75 times a second, then transmits this through Bluetooth technology at the top of the pen to the USB key in the computer. However, it looks like one is just writing on the paper and the writing appears magically on the screen in real-time.
