This is not your Grandfather's Outboard

Check out these new E-TEC Outboard Engines
  • The Evinrude E-TEC outboard engine was ranked highest in customer satisfaction with two-stroke outboard engines in the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Marine Engine Competitive Information Study.
  • The E-TEC lineup now includes 110 engine models from 25- to 300- horsepower and all engines are available at Evinrude dealerships worldwide.
  • The EPA-certified E-TEC is the most environmentally friendly outboard engine on the market today, with the lowest reportable emissions of any other brand.
  • E-TEC engines use up to 44% less fuel than older technology engines.  The E-TEC’s engine management computer makes over 8 million calculations per second to ensure that boaters are using the precise amount of fuel at any given RPM.
  • The E-TEC is now up to 300 pounds lighter than older models and up to 50% quieter than any other two-stroke engine model.
  • Through June 30, 2009, consumers who purchase an E-TEC engine, 40-hp and above, will receive a five-year factory-backed warranty, special low consumer financing options and a cash back credit of up to $500.  As an optional incentive, consumers can choose special financing and up to $1,000 cash back in lieu of the extended limited warranty.
