Some of the Points Cahit and Craig Discussed

Portabella provides the market’s fastest broadband cellular connection by aggregating up to 5 cellular-data cards from any service provider into a single high-speed connection up to 15Mbps that can shared.

Although not really for the consumer – Portabella primarily targets traveling sales teams, mobile or temporary offices (like construction sites etc.), maritime, and small businesses.

Unique is that large broadcasters and mobile news teams have taken particular interest in Portabella as a way to bypass traditional satellite uplinks (which are costly) in favor of using cellular to transmit live news back to headquarters.  Basically – news teams no longer need the huge satellite trucks.

Portabella comes with Ethernet ports which allows businesses to connect it to their wired network as a fail over system in case the primary wired connection like T1, DSL or cable fails.  Basically it gives businesses near 100% uptime in terms of Internet connection.

Portabella and wireless broadband bonding technology is the future of industries such as security camera and remote monitoring, transportation and specialty vehicles (buses, trains, taxis, limousines), mobile TV broadcasting, and POS/information kiosks (Internet kiosks, banks, gas stations, digital signage).
