Some of the Points George and Craig Discussed

This Father's Day, give Dad what he really wants – a break from his never-ending to-do list. Let the pros at ServiceLive.com do the work for him by giving the gift of ServiceLive Bucks!

ServiceLive.com is the first online services marketplace where you can name your price for a wide variety of home improvements and repairs.

Create a free ServiceLive.com account for Dad, fill it with ServiceLive Bucks, which work like a virtual gift card, and give him the option to select a home improvement service of his choice -- essentially, giving him more time to enjoy with the family and less time cleaning the gutters, painting, mowing the lawn, and the other things on his to-do list.

With ServiceLive.com, consumers are in the driver’s seat. They determine the time and cost for a home project, so they can get the price they want, when they want it - all from a reputable service provider. It's the solution for consumers for getting home projects done while saving money and time.

About George

George Coll is the Senior Vice President of New Services at Sears Holdings and President of the new ServiceLive business, an online services marketplace for enterprise customers and consumers. He developed the concept for ServiceLive, built the team, and has been the guiding force for the startup’s planning and execution.

Before joining Sears Holdings in January 2007, George served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for CompUSA. Prior to that role, George was responsible for all non-retail operations at CompUSA, including eCommerce, the Technology Assurance Program, Technical Services and Enterprise Business Solutions. He began his career at CompUSA in January 1996 as Director of Technical Services, playing an integral role in launching and developing CompUSA’s Technical Services business, the first retail in-store and in-home technology services offering.

George's extensive experience from 1986 to 1996 serves him well in his position with ServiceLive, including positions with Hercules Aerospace and General Electric, focused primarily in the areas of Quality Engineering, Process Improvement and Business Re-engineering, and Service Management.

George attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He lives in Barrington, Ill. with his wife, Kristen, and three sons.
