Some of the Points Kelcey and Craig Discussed

The Portégé A600 is Toshiba’s ultraportable laptop, featuring an extended battery life and a sleek design (MSRP: $1,399.99) – the perfect companion for the gadget-savvy dad on the go.

Thanks to the A600 laptop, ultraportability has now gone mainstream - with a sleek, lightweight design, and advanced wireless connectivity so you’re never out of touch – a great option for the dad that likes to stay connected with friends and family.

The A600 has a 12.1” Diagonal Widescreen LED-Backlit Display – “small but mighty,” this display features a widescreen format to help you tackle different types of files and documents, while producing sharp image quality. It’s also designed to work indoors or outdoors, so dad can enjoy the scenery while checking emails or browsing the Internet.

Newly refined, and now with a comprehensive PC Health Monitor, Toshiba’s 4th-Generation EasyGuard® Technology gives you productive, trouble-free computing― thanks to built-in security, laptop optimization features and much more.

One of the coolest features of this laptop is the USB Sleep-and-Charge/eSATA Combo Port, enabling you to plug into more speed and convenience. Dad can charge his smart phone or any other USB powered portable electronic while his laptop is off (this is perfect when traveling!). The Portégé laptop gives you the ports you need to get the job done.

This laptop helps the whole family stay connected and in communication thanks to its Excellent Communications Suite – including wireless, Bluetooth, and an integrated Webcam and microphone. This laptop gives dad the tools to connect virtually anywhere and stay in touch with family and friends.
